Coaching Disciplines.

How It Works.

1. INITIAL ENQUIRY & CONSULTATION

After you reach out, we will arrange a meeting or call to discuss your needs, goals, and coaching compatibility.

 

2. TESTING & ASSESSMENT

We will then connect your account to TrainingPeaks and evaluate your training history and data. Then, we will arrange to perform an INSCYD test, which will provide an in-depth metabolic profile.

3. TESTING & GOAL SETTING

We will review the test results and arrange a meeting or call to discuss the results. From this, we will define clear objectives, considering your availability, life, targets, and ambitions, with a focus on the bigger picture and long-term goals.

4. PROGRAM SETTING

Based on the information gathered, we will then create a customised program, providing a daily schedule tailored to your needs. We will provide guidance on event preparation, tapering, recovery and race tactics.

5. FEEDBACK & ADJUSTMENTS

Regular check-ins will ensure your training is on track. Based on your performance, feedback, and ongoing results, we will make adjustments as necessary to help you achieve your goals.
